Q: How is Wunderlich pronounced and what does it mean?

A: Voonder-lish. Our company bears the name of our founder and President, Erich Wunderlich.

Q: I saw a part on the German web site but I can't find it on yours. What's the deal with that?

A: Often times, new parts are listed on the German web site before they are actually available. With very few exceptions, we do not add new parts to our web site until we receive the first shipment of a particular part. Q: Can you ship to my country?

A: We regularly ship our products all over the world. You may place an on-line order and select your country. If you do not see your country listed, please E-Mail parts@mortonsbmw.com

Q: Do you sell parts or accessories for any other brands besides BMW?

A: We also offer a wide range of products for the Yamaha Super Ténéré. In the future we will expand to offer products for other bikes as well. Many of our products will also fit any brand of motorcycle.

Q: Do you sell Original BMW parts?

A: Yes, we are fully authorized BMW Motorrad dealership and can supply you with any BMW Motorrad OEM parts, accessories and apparel that is available to North American BMW Motorrad Dealers. Please e-mail our parts department at parts@mortonsbmw.com if you would like assistance with BMW items.

Q: Is Wunderlich the world's largest supplier of aftermarket BMW Parts and Accessories?

A: Very likely, we are unaware of another company that has more items or addresses more models for BMW Motorcycles.

Q: What is the Warranty on Wunderlich Parts in North America?

A: Most of our parts are covered by a one-year warranty. During this period, should a warranty issue arise, we will either repair or replace the defective item at our option. Our warranty does not apply to parts that have been modified or damaged by the user. The bottom line however is that your satisfaction is our number one goal, so should you have a problem after a year, please let us know and we may still be able to help you out.

Q: Do you accept returns?

A: Yes. We allow 100% refund or exchanges on items that are in their original package, new and uninstalled for 30 days from the purchase date. Please see our Returns page for complete details.

Q: Is your on-line shopping system secure?

A: Absolutely! We have taken great care to ensure that your information is handled securely. Our systems are constantly monitored and we are PCI compliant.

Q: Can I come to your facility?

A: Of course! As a large BMW motorcycle dealership, we welcome visitors. We have a large showroom featuring products from BMW, Wunderlich, and other quality manufacturers. We're open Tuesday through Saturday, and invite you to visit any time we're open. We are conveniently located just off I-95 in Virginia, about halfway between Washington, DC, and Richmond, Virginia.

Q: Where are you located?

A: From I-95 exit 126, we're just a mile north on US Route 1 in the Four Mile Fork Shopping Center at the intersection with Courthouse Road. Our address is 5099A Jefferson Davis Highway, Fredericksburg, VA 22408. If you're using a GPS, plug in coordinates N38 15.275 W077 30.031 and you'll find us easily. Our hours are 9am - 6pm on Tuesday/Wednesday/Friday; 9am - 8pm on Thursday; and 9am - 4pm on Saturday. We're closed on Sunday and Monday.

Q: Can you install parts for me?

A: Yes, we are a full service BMW motorcycle dealership and have BMW certified technicians that can install parts for you but please make sure to contact us prior to your arrival so that we can confirm scheduling and technician availability. If you already have your Wunderlich parts but would like our service department to install your parts, please contact the service department directly via e-mail at service@mortonsbmw.com or at 540-891-9844. Our service advisors will be able to schedule the work and give you an estimate regarding the cost of installation. If you would like to see how involved the installation is, most Wunderlich products have installation instructions available on the product page. Simply find the part for which you need instructions on our website and there will be a link on the right side if instructions are available. If you need information about installing a part for which there are no instructions, please send an e-mail to parts@mortonsbmw.com

Q: The instructions are in German (*%!&#)

A: We are constantly updating our instructions as needed and adding newly translated English instructions. Unfortunately, there are still a few products for which English instructions do not exist. If you received a product with German instructions, please first check our web site to see if English instructions are available. To do this, you will need to find the part on our web site and the easiest way may be to search by part number. Once you have located the part, if instructions are available, there will be a link on the upper right side. If you do not find the instructions there, please e-mail us and we'll help as quickly as possible.
